Flexibility Based Booking

In an effort to best serve my clientele (that’s YOU!) with more flexibility and availability, I will now be offering flexibility based booking!

What does that mean?

I'm so glad you asked!

I created this page to walk you through what it means, how it benefits you, and what it will look like to schedule your follow up appointment(s) beginning next month!

Steps to Book:


Every first of the month, you’ll be notified with an email when my books open! They will open for the upcoming month (on September 1st, the month of October will open), and you’ll be able to click a link, find a date and time that works for your schedule, and schedule your appointment!

Why not just let me book my appointments for the rest of the year?

Once upon a time, there was this crazy thing called COVID that made us all realize: life isn’t quite as predictable as we thought it was! Here’s the reality- it’s hard to know what you’ll be up to 8, 10, or 12+ weeks out from today, and even if you DO have a good understanding of your schedule that far out, it might change. 


This updated approach to booking allows you more freedom and flexibility to live your life, and pop in to get your hair done when it works for you!


How EXACTLY will I book the appointment?


Though all changes to our routine feel funky the first go around, I have full confidence that after the first few times of booking through this approach, you’ll LOVE the added accessibility! Here’s the exact breakdown of what you can expect:

  1. PRO TIP: Before leaving the salon, make a note/reminder to self on your calendar to book your next hair appointment on first of the month you’d like your next appointment in!

  2. On the first of the month you’d like to get your next hair service done in, head over to (I’ll also send an email your way with a link!)

  3. Select the coral colored “BOOK” button

  4. Under “any employee”, select my name! (Make SURE you do this before selecting the service menu)

  5. Under “services”, select “Kelli’s Loyal clients” and select the service you are looking for. 

  6. Select the date and time of your choosing. You can also browse next available, and add yourself to my waitlist if you’d like to be notified of a specific date/time opening. 

  7. You’ll need to sign in to your Vagaro profile to reserve the appointment-

  8. After you submit your request, I'll double check that the date, time, and service makes the most sense for your hair needs, and we will make it a date!

My add on menu is available to add on to any existing service- just let me know at the beginning of our time together that you're interested in one of the add on's listed below, and I'd be more than happy to accommodate it (as time allows) during our time together.
